Bubble Balloons – Bespoke Orders
Due to the bespoke nature of our Bubble Balloons, all customers must use the ‘Contact Us’ option before placing an order. This ensures we can discuss and finalise details such as the message, theme, colours, design, and price to create the perfect balloon for your event.
Once we have confirmed your order details, we will send you an invoice. As each balloon is custom-made, we require full payment in advance before beginning work on your design. An order is only considered placed once payment has been received and confirmed.
Please note:
- We do not offer to ship the hot air balloon style design due to its fragile nature - these can only be collected or delivered locally to Peterborough.
- Orders placed without prior contact may be subject to delays or cancellations.
- We do not ship balloon garlands – our shipping option applies only to Bespoke Bubble Balloons.
Standard UK Shipping
- All UK orders are shipped with a tracking number for your convenience.
- We use EVRI or DHL as our shipping carriers. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate specific carrier requests.
- Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 working days from the date of dispatch. During busy periods, this may take slightly longer.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping for our Bubble Balloons.
Returns & Replacements
Due to the personalised nature of our inflated balloons, we do not accept returns. However, customer satisfaction is our priority, and we will replace your order if it arrives damaged.
Important Order Guidelines
- Damaged Balloons: If your balloon arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement.
- Minimum Lead Time: We keep many different styles in stock, but if specific items (e.g., particular hat box colours, fabrics, or florals) are unavailable, we need to source them from our wholesale suppliers (subject to their availability). Because of this, we require at least 10 working days' notice to ensure timely delivery and allow for any necessary replacements.
- Recommended Lead Time: To guarantee your order arrives on time, we recommend ordering 1-2 months before your event, especially during peak seasons (Mother's Day, Valentines, Easter and Christmas)
- Delivery and Refunds: We do not issue refunds for orders that do not arrive within 30 working days of the order date. If you experience a delay beyond this timeframe, please contact us for assistance.
- Balloon Longevity: Our balloons are designed to last! With proper care, they can remain inflated and looking beautiful for years, making them ideal for early preparation.
